Honouring where you’ve been,
what you’ve gained, what feels like loss and the
waiting on the other side.

Life doesn't give give us

many places to land when things
fall apart.

Divorce and separation don’t just change your circumstances, they shift your sense of self
Divorce and separation don’t just change your circumstances, they disrupt the future you thought you were building.
The plans you made. The role you held. The version of life that once felt certain.
What many women don’t realize is that the hardest part isn’t always the separation itself, it’s grieving the investment in that future. That grief can leave you feeling lost, untethered, or unsure of who you are now.
But when that loss is acknowledged and supported, something begins to shift. You start to see yourself differently, not broken or starting over, but stronger, clearer, and more capable than you imagined.
Wingwoman exists to support you through that turning point and into what comes next.

About Lisa,
The Heart of Wingwoman
Wingwoman was created from lived experience — the kind that reshapes everything.
It was born from the understanding that while therapy and divorce coaching support many women well, some are looking for something different.
A space that honors the grief of what was invested, the identity that shifted, and the strength forming underneath it.
Wingwoman exists to support women through that redefinition.
Not around it. Through it.
Because what’s on the other side of this chapter isn’t the end.
It’s clarity. It’s strength. It’s a more self-defined you.
Ways to Work Together
Wingwoman is a structured, women-only support space for navigating separation, divorce, and the identity shifts that follow.
It’s not therapy.
It’s not traditional coaching.
And it’s not a strategy-based program.
It’s a steady, grounded approach that helps you process what’s changed, find your footing again, and begin to move forward with clarity.
Because many women in this season feel overwhelmed, untethered, and unsure of who they are — while still expected to function, decide, and “move on.”
There’s often support for the logistics.
And sometimes support for the extremes.
But very little for the space in between.
Wingwoman exists to meet you there.

**Also for women that want to work through the 12 month Wingwoman Method at their own pace and would rather do it one-on-one**
Working with Lisa during one of the hardest seasons of my life was honestly such a grounding experience. After my divorce, I felt overwhelmed, unclear, and unsure of what my next steps should even look like. Lisa has this incredible ability to truly *see* you — not just where you are on the surface, but who you are underneath it all, even in the middle of the mess.
Her intuitive guidance made me feel deeply understood and supported in a way that’s hard to put into words. I never felt judged or rushed — just held, heard, and gently guided back to myself. She helped me find clarity when everything felt foggy and reminded me of my strength when I couldn’t see it on my own.
If you’re navigating separation, divorce, or any kind of major life shift, Lisa creates a space where you can feel safe, seen, and empowered to move forward with confidence. She has a rare gift for meeting people exactly where they are, while still helping them grow into where they’re meant to be.
