What I needed didn't exist
The Hidden Emotional Gap Women Face During Divorce
When my life shifted, I wasn’t looking for advice or strategy, I was trying to understand what was happening inside of me.
I needed support that could hold what I was going through. Something that helped me feel steady, instead of overwhelmed. Something that gave structure to a time that felt completely uncertain.
So I started paying attention.
To what actually helped.
To what made things harder.
To what allowed me to stay with myself — instead of disconnecting or pushing through.
This became the Wingwoman Method™.
A grounded, structured approach that helps you:
-
feel emotionally held without being overwhelmed
-
create stability in the middle of uncertainty
-
understand and move through what you’re feeling
-
rebuild a sense of self that feels true and self-led
-
move forward without abandoning yourself in the process
This isn’t about fixing or rushing.
It’s about creating the conditions where real strength becomes accessible again.

My Story
There was a time in my life when everything that defined me quietly changed.
I went from being a full-time mother to sharing custody of my children — a transition that carries a grief most people don’t talk about. It’s not just missing days. It’s the loss of an identity built around always being there.
At the same time, I had to face something even harder:
I had lost myself long before the relationship ended.
Not suddenly.
Slowly.
I stopped speaking my truth. I kept the peace by staying quiet.
Over time, my needs faded, and my intuition became something I questioned instead of trusted.
On the outside, I was functioning.
On the inside, I was disconnected.
To cope, I numbed — not because I didn’t care, but because I didn’t yet know how to hold what I was feeling.
Separation became a turning point.
The quiet , especially the days without my children, forced me to face what I could no longer avoid:
I had to choose myself, or continue abandoning myself.
Leaving took courage.
Learning to stay with myself afterward took even more.
Healing wasn’t graceful. It was honest.
It required support, tools, and a willingness to listen — to my body, my intuition, and my truth — even when it was uncomfortable.
Over time, I learned how to:
• reconnect my mind and heart
• regulate instead of numb
• speak my truth without apology
• rebuild a relationship with myself that felt real

I’ve walked the path
of transformation
From losing myself quietly in motherhood and marriage, to facing grief, fear, and patterns that no longer served me.
Through that journey, I learned how to reconnect with my intuition, speak my truth, and reclaim my sense of self.
I learned how to stay with myself in moments that once felt overwhelming — and how to move through change without losing who I was.
Today, I stand beside women navigating their own transitions — offering steady support, perspective, and presence as they move into what’s next.
